Can I use the graphics & animations I have designed with PixTeller editor for personal, business or commercial purpose?

All the public designs and templates available on PixTeller are under the Creative Commons Zero license. This means that you can copy, modify, distribute and use the designs for free, including for commercial purposes, without asking for permission from PixTeller. No attribution required to PixTeller or third party services that we use.

You absolutely would be safe copyright-wise when you use a PixTeller creation, as long as that creation just contains elements that you searched for from within PixTeller photo editor, animation tool or graphic & animation templates.

As soon as you use a public design, import or upload a photo / graphic elements / logo / icon / etc from elsewhere please double check the copyright licence.

Notices of claimed copyright infringement (or other types of infringement)

PixTeller does not check any uploaded or created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights or violations. We invite everyone to report violations together with a proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating content might be removed or disabled without prior or further notice for the user that created the design. Furthermore, PixTeller is not responsible for the content or the quality of the designs created/provided by other users.

For specific terms related to Intellectual Property rights and for reporting claims of copyright infringement or trademark infringement, please contact us using the topic "Report Abuse". You can do this by filling in the contact form or by sending an email at office [at] pixteller [dot] com, with the request of removing a design. You must include:

• - Identification of the material on our servers that is claimed to be infringing and that needs to be removed, including the URL or other information to enable us to locate it.
• - A statement that you have a good belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by you as copyright owner, or by your agent, or by law.
• - A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the exclusive copyright right that is allegedly being infringed.
• - Your physical or electronic signature, or of someone authorized to act on your behalf.

Visual assets reported as containing a trademark, copyright violation, spam, advertising, offensive materials/nudity will be deleted without prior notice or if a PixTeller administrator considers it has inappropriate content. As per our policy, we reserve the right to disable and/or terminate any account of users who are repeatedly violating PixTeller rules.
